Louise’s experience has spanned all sectors – having held senior leadership roles within Government, the private and NGO sector and philanthropy. Louise’s work is focused on helping build the next era of conscious leaders, innovators, activists – and organisations robust enough to enable radical innovation for an emergent and evolutionary approach to personal, social and environmental change. Part of the Ngāi Tūhoe, Louise is interested in healing colonisation and is part of a global movement to heal collective and intergenerational trauma. Her specialty is bringing the design world and the healing world together. She, with others, has just launched the Emerge Institute.
